Leg injury at Greator Rocks

Callout 28/2024 Greator Rocks 12:52 18th August

At 12:52 the team were called out to assist an injured walker who was just north of Greator Rocks. Fortunately, there had been a Rope Training exercise that morning at Saddle Tor and those present were quickly re-deployed. On arrival at the scene, the individual was assessed and due to her leg injury was stretched from Greator Rocks back to the car park at Hound Tor. We wish them a speedy recovery.

The team stood down at 14:15. Six of our volunteers were involved.
