Dartmoor in the Dark

A night time adventure

Start / Finish: Postbridge Village Hall.

Maximum walking group size: Walkers will be split in to small groups, maximum 18 persons + 2 team guides

Would you like to enjoy the unique beauty of walking on Dartmoor at night? Well now you can as after the success of our first guided night walks, we are running our fourth with a new route and stories!

The walk will be at an easy pace and aimed at those who may not have the confidence to undertake a similar walk by themselves.

The walk will be up to 5 km and approximately 3 hours in length. Your walk will be guided by experienced mountain rescue volunteers who will take you to points of interest and tell you more about the moor's unique legends and archaeology.

After the walk, a light supper is arranged where you can chat to team members and your fellow walkers in the warm and dry.

The event is a fundraising event for team funds as we rely on public donation for over 92% of our funding. Our service is free to those in need across Dartmoor and Devon, and available  24/7

Tickets: will be available early October and announced to newsletter subscribers and dart2ZERO volunteers before going on general sale via our website and Facebook Page.

Cost: £25 per person. (adults and children over 12).

No dogs event: We are sorry that Dartmoor in the Dark is a no dogs event.

All profits from the event will be used to fund the work of our search and rescue charity. Reg charity number 1106098.
